"Community was kinda useless for me"
I expected way better seller resources, but most of the info felt super basic, like stuff I already knew from Googling for five minutes. The community is active, sure, but the replies are really hit or miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes just a bunch of clueless nonsense. It’s not totally useless or anything, but for me it felt like a bit of a waste and not really worth it

"Decent photo tools, but a bit slow"
I’ll admit the photo tools are useful once you get going, especially the sorting features. The uploads do lag more than I’d like, which is annoying, but I guess it’s manageable overall.
"Saves me a lot of time"
Listing stuff is so much faster now, and I’m happy with it. My brother even noticed I’m not spending forever getting things posted anymore...
"Bulk editing could be a lot better"
I mainly got List Perfectly for the bulk editing features, i don’t think it’s as smooth as it should be for the price. Some updates take way more clicks than expected, and a few of my edits didn’t save right away, which was annoying. It’s not a bad tool overall, but if you have a lot of listings to clean up, the bulk editing feels more frustrating than helpful at times.

"Imports caused problems right from the start"
I tried importing my listings earlier this week, and almost immediately noticed that a lot of the details were wrong. I spent time going back through everything afterward, and it was frustrating because I expected the import to save me time, not create more work...

"Inventory got messy quickly"
I tried using List Perfectly to keep my inventory organized, but it started feeling a little unreliable. I’d mark items as sold and they’d still show up, so I ended up having to go back and double-check everything myself. For what it costs, I kind of expected the system to need less hand-holding. I gave it a few weeks, but ended up canceling.

"Onboarding was just confusing"
I signed up thinking the training would make everything simple, but it felt kind of all over the place. It seems like these onboarding programs always assume everyone already knows what they’re doing.
The calls and videos moved way too fast for me and skipped over the basic stuff I actually needed help with. Whenever I asked a question, it felt like the answer was basically just, “go watch another video,” which wasn’t very helpful.
Maybe it works for some people, but I really didn’t feel supported at all. I ended up more confused than when I started, and that’s usually how these things go when the setup isn’t clear from the beginning

"I mostly use List Perfectly on my..."
I mostly use List Perfectly on my laptop, where it runs smoothly and feels a lot easier to manage. I’ll also use it on my phone when I’m just doing a quick check, because apparently I enjoy trying to run my business on a tiny screen. The mobile version works fine, but it can feel a little cramped and I end up tapping around more than I’d like. Still, it saves me time overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"My first impression was that the templates are..."
My first impression was that the templates are fine and definitely save some time, but they’re not as smooth as I hoped. Editing them feels a bit awkward, and I still end up tweaking listings afterward. Not a dealbreaker, just feels like it could be easier

"Careful, it gets expensive fast"
I gave List Perfectly a try, and while a few features were helpful, I couldn’t justify the monthly price. For what they charge, I expected a lot more. It started cutting into my actual sales profits, so I ended up canceling. Just a heads up if you’re considering it, make sure the cost really makes sense for your business before you commit.

"Helpful when the sync actually works"
List Perfectly does make things easier for me especially when I need to delist sold items from other platforms. That part is really useful. The only issue is the sales sync isn’t always as quick as I’d like and I’ve had a couple items stay active longer than they should have. It’s not a huge problem but I do feel like I have to keep checking on it. For what it costs I was hoping it would be a little more reliable. Still it saves me time overall

"Support didn’t really help much"
I reached out for help a couple of times and, the replies were slow. When they did get back to me, it kind of felt like they were just sending copy-and-paste answers, you know? Like, I’m not sure anyone actually read what my issue was, which was frustrating.

"Honestly had a hard time figuring it out"
I gave it a few tries, but the setup and menus kept throwing me off. Maybe it’s just me, but it didn’t feel very straightforward at all. I was trying to get it working while also making coffee, which probably didn’t help, but still, I shouldn’t have to keep clicking around just to understand the basics. It ended up feeling more frustrating than useful...

"Makes crosslisting so much faster"
So... this has made crosslisting way quicker for me. It’s easy to use and saves me a good amount of time.

"So slow it turned listing into a whole ordeal"
I gave List Perfectly a shot for a few weeks, the speed drove me nuts. Pages would freeze, buttons would take forever to respond, and sometimes I’d click something and just sit there wondering if the site was even doing anything.
The whole point of crossposting is supposed to be saving time, right? Instead, I was refreshing pages, double-checking listings, and trying to figure out if anything actually went through. Like, why am I babysitting a tool that’s supposed to make my life easier?
Maybe it runs better for other people, but for me it was just not worth paying for. It slowed down my routine so much that listing started feeling like a chore, so I ended up canceling.

"List Perfectly does make my life easier when..."
List Perfectly does make my life easier when it’s working right. Posting items across platforms is way faster than doing everything manually, so I can’t say it’s not useful. But I’ve also run into random errors, slow loading, and a few listings that copied over weird, which makes me wonder if they’re pushing updates or features faster than they’re actually testing them.
Support has been fine, but not exactly quick every time. I’m still using it for now because it saves enough time to be worth keeping, but for what it costs, I expected it to feel more dependable. Sometimes it feels like they know sellers rely on it, so the glitches don’t get treated as urgently as they should

"Helpful for crosslisting, with a few little quirks"
I’ve been using List Perfectly mostly to move my listings around between eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Etsy, and it has made that whole process a lot easier. The integrations work well overall, and it saves me from doing a ton of repetitive copying and pasting.
That said, I still make a point to check everything before I post because every now and then a photo, detail, or formatting doesn’t come over quite right. It’s not flawless, but for me the time it saves is worth it, and I’d say it’s a solid tool if you’re tired of manually crosslisting everywhere
